I’m so incredibly happy with the Chongker products. I’ve already bought several items for myself and as gifts for my nieces. I just love these cats so much, and people often comment on them with great admiration. I’m totally thrilled and look forward to the new products that come into the shop every time. Maybe someday they’ll release an orange Maine Coon backpack. I’d definitely be thrilled about that and would surely be one of the first to buy it. On top of that, I can say with certainty that the Chongker support team is also very friendly and helpful. All in all, I’m more than satisfied and can only recommend them to anyone who loves cats. Chongker's animals are exactly as pictured online. They are carefully made by hand, with slight differences that give each animal his/her own personality. The animals are carefully packaged and shipped promptly. I have been buying animals for myself, for family members, and friends. I also have been passing along the link to the Chongker's website to anyone who appreciates realistic, carefully-crafted plush animals.

Very supportive outlet with lots to offer. The wait for return email was a bit lengthy and took some time to resolve things but happy with the service and outcome. Unfortunately one of the products I ordered for Christmas makes too much mechanical noise I think due to lack of lubrication in the gears inside my animatronic but we could work out a fair resolution. My last purchase the gears work much better and smoother. Re Meta Cat (the longer fur one had the mechanical noise issue--I even tried spraying silicone lubricant up its tail to help and it did some) and Meta Cat Pro (works great now--my second one purchased).
