Customer service communication was so good, he made the plush exactly as I requested per my photos and the plush arrived before the delivery date. This was my best online purchase in a long time. Not only was the coloring of the fur spot on, eye color and ears are very life like - there are even feet beans on the cushions on each foot!!! I can't say enough about this plushie - it looks so real that each time we walk into the bedroom, we think it's our cat! The craftsmanship is superb you can tell there's a lot of time and skill put into this plushie. I would highly recommend Chongker for her fabulous creations. She will work with you if you have any questions.

THIS CAT IS SO CUTEEE The fur is so much softer than I expected, and the stiffness of the body is actually pretty comfortable when you're holding it! I have two long-haired chongker cats, and I was worried that this Calico would feel wirey in comparison, but I actually super prefer how it feels!!
And the face is so detailed with these distinct little stripes, it's incredible!

I will say that there was some staining on the paws? Something black and dry, I cleaned it off with a wet wipe super easily! It looks like they might have been painted by the airbrushing, haha, no biggy and super easy to clean!

This is my 4th purchase from this company and I will say I was very pleased with all my previous orders. This last order, however, was disappointing. I was contacted some time after placing my order with pictures of finished product and asked if I approved. The message said they made the product based on my requests (I didn’t make any) and pictures (I didn’t send any as I wasn’t instructed to. The pictures sent looked nothing like the listing. It was basically just a tan cat with thin, black stripes. 10 days later
they sent me pictures of the “improved” product which looked exactly the same and did not answer me when I asked what was changed. They finally made some improvements to it and I accepted, but still doesn’t look as realistic or as black as the cat in the photos. I would hesitate to order anything again. Not worth cost

Its cute, but not real realistic looking.
It would be better if the pupils in its eyes were slits instead of so much black.
It makes the cat look mad.
It took so long to arrive that I had forgotten I had ordered it and was surprised when it arrived.
