Refund policy

At Chongker, every companion is handcrafted with care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 90 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending the item back.

2. Return Shipping

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns).

We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

If the return is due to defective or damaged products, Chongker will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind), customers may be responsible for the return shipping fee.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed

The amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method

Processing usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company (refund posting may take several days)

Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before refunds appear

If you’ve completed all the steps above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us and our support team will assist you.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
