The Staff was incredibly kind to me when informing me with the processing time of the order and made sure to give me every information on my parcel! The cat backpack was packed with extreme care: it had its own gift bag, box and lots of accessories! The backpack looks like a real cat and its fur is so soft. I love it ??

Bushy tail and toe beans 10/10. Very well made and super adorable!! Came in sooner than expected and is already so loved! Bonus that this one can handle all the cuteness aggression thrown at it by my kid which will hopefully give our real cat a break ??

Horrible! Till now I still have not received my parcel. Check with seller and Shipping agent. Completely ignored by them. Will never buy from this website again.
