These are amazing cats! Construction and materials are excellent. Just know if you get a darker cat the fur isn’t as soft because of the spray color they use it gets a bit rough. I got two cats. One cat looks just like my cat it is uncanny! It is a black and white. The brown tabby has the white markings in the right place but the fur color isn’t right. It is a difficult color to be fair. I have a brown tabby but my cat is a grey tabby and it is missing the stripe down its back. I still love both of them. Also I got the weighted cats and it is so relaxing to have the weight!

they were very responsive when details needed to be adjusted. the color isn't as vibrant as expected. overall, very happy with the product.

I cant be more happy with this plush of my cat who passed away this year and this teddy even tho its not him but it will help me with my grief

The quality of the plush is amazing! And the added on weight really feels like holding a cat, the design looks so much like my cat and the customer service was really quick and very kind! It did take awhile to arrive but it was expected and worth it!

Got this as a birthday present for my sister of our beloved cat who passed away as she was really close to him. They captured him so perfectly in every detail! So much appreciated for also the little extras as sadly something happened when it was first shipped off where it came back to them but gladly in the end it came. Perfect communication as well! Thank you to Robin and designer team. They honored my requests and being really patience with me. They were able to change my cat's eyes from round to vertical and fixed eye color correction. They took the time to fix my cat til I was satisfied. I lost my kitty in June this year and was really devastated. And I wanted to have a plushie like him to help me cope and heal during this difficult time. Shipping time takes a while but the wait is worth it in the end. I'm very happy with the results.

I feel like I have a real piece of my baby back. We lost our girl in June and Chongker did a fantastic job of making this replica look exactly like her. Robin was very patient during the process of me providing photos and notes. They sent me photos of prototypes before I was satisfied with the result.

Fair warning, they are very busy with orders so it will be about 3 months of back and forth communication but once the plush is ready to go, they'll message you and it'll take about two weeks to arrive.

Im in the US and didn't have to pay duties at the time I ordered but if you are in the US be cautious because our tariff laws keep changing so you may end up paying duties.

I chose the 2lb version to have weight when we lay her on our chests (like how our girl used to) and quality wise it's not super plush so keep that in mind.

Do not buy from this seller. They are not the artist making your plush and will just waste your time and money.

I ordered a plush of my late cat for my wife's birthday. I provided a lot of photos and directions with the seller. I was surprised to learn wasn't the artist making the plush.

After about a month or so, the seller told me they were adding a tracking number because it was taking a while but not to worry because they'd approve with me before it shipped. This is clearly fraud to game Etsy's algorithm and I asked them to remove it but they just ignored my request.

After about two months, we received pictures of the plush. It was gray, not brown. The seller has review pictures of brown tabbies - how did they screw up this bad? I assume because I got a different artist. They "fixed it" but it still isn't brown.

I am so happy with my purchase! They really took the time to make sure I liked the custom cat doll and were great with communication. I got the doll for my longterm boyfriend as I’m moving away with our cat so he will have a kiki of his own while we are long distance. This is such a great replica of kiki, I am so happy with the product! Thank you!

The doll came as expected, turned my long gone family pet into a beautiful piece of art. Now it feels like he’s still with us, and I hope to get one again of another family pet to always remember them.

Seller was prompt and everything shipped on time. The paint is just a bit light- some of the black looks a bit grey- but it definitely looks like the picture.

Amazing quality down to the whiskers and paw pads which are realistic and the pattern depicts my late tabby cat beautifully. Production was delayed so took longer than initial delivery date but customer service was excellent and very communicative.
