Chonkger is my veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery... Favorite brand. I love it sooooooo much 😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼😼
From the time that I purchased to the time, I received it very quick
I purchased the zip bag (Maine coon) and absolutely love it. Great value for money and arrived on time in a beautiful box with care instructions and a grooming comb :).
Highly recommend so much so that I chose them to create the lifelike pet design they also offer and again cannot fault on anything. Communication was good throughout in regards to the design and markings and colour and again worth the value. Thank you Chongker <3
I am satisfied with the grey cat. Looks a lot like my cat that I lost. Sorry it took so long to receive it.
The first three cats I ordered came within a weeks time from Etsy and Amazon, the others, I waited 6 weeks for.
Hi Susan! We totaly understand that waiting 6 weeks can feel like a long time, especially when Amazon/Etsy orders arrive so quickly! Since custom pieces are lovingly handcrafted to order overseas rather than shipped from local warehouse stock, they do take a bit more time. Thank you so much for your patience and for being such a wonderful returning customer! ❤️
This was my first purchase from Chongker! 🐱They really go above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and they were so kind and patient with me regarding all the modifications I requested. This cat almost looks like taxidermy Lol! 😅😆 The wait was VERY LONG, BUT SO WORTH IT!!!!! 💕 Thank You Chongker! 😊😄
It took a lot of time to receive most of what I ordered. When it finally came, everything was as expected.
Unclear which models respond to name, and thus which was in my basket--I thought I had purchased one and was disappointed but not a deal breaker when it arrived as (and I clarified that I had ordered) a "lesser" model.
It was just what I wanted and delivery was qiick.
One item wasn’t what was pictured, but you refunded me without me asking or anything! The other item was exactly what I expected, so I am happy!
Chongker.com is consistent in the lovingly created plush animals which are available for "adoption." In view of the handmade nature of the animals, prices are very reasonable. Sales occur frequently, along with regular customer discounts. Notice of shipment and tracking updates are accurate and helpful. Customer service also answers questions by email in a timely manner. I have shared the Chongker website with friends and family and will continue to do so.
I've made 2 purchases with this store & have been very satisfied with both cats. The latest purchase was the Ragdoll cat. She's beautiful! I highly recommend this store for quality products & great customer service!
Box was smashed up and bag didn’t look like the one on your website.
Excellent customer service.
My MateCat Pro arrived with a few mechanical faults, but I had become very attached to this particular unit that I named Harvey and really didn’t want to return him.
Chongker listened, understood why keeping him mattered to me, and offered a full refund while allowing me to keep my Harvey.
I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and very grateful for how kindly they handled everything.
I would happily buy from Chongker again :-)
I love chongker cat doll backpacks and their clothes everything is so cute I love it i know its the best because its chongker
I'm impressed with your communications, so many don't respond to queries
I love chongker cats backpacks because I know they are the best. I have alot of them because they are chongker and I brought the cat charms too anything chongker is my favorite ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You were very patient with me when I was struggling to make up my mind at getting my memorial cat and when I decided to make it into back pack you did that and when I asked for a couple thing's different to be done to my cats face to be unique, like my for baby was, you did that for me. And that made it even special, more special!
