Shipping Methods:
Due to the different express companies in various countries we also provide UPS, USPS, DHL, EMS express delivery methods. If you need to change the courier method, please contact customer service. change the courier method may need to pay the difference. After you place your order, we will send the package information to your email for your inquiry.
Shipping Time:
Once order placed and confirmed, we needs 1~2 days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items.
Please note that custom pet orders take about 6-8 weeks to prepare. We will confirm with you as soon as we finish.
Usually it will take 3-20 working days for US and Europe clients. Time will be a lit bit longer for Latin America or Africa clients due to the custom.
