   Return any item within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at support@chongker.com with:

   • Your order number
   • Reason for return/exchange
   • Important: Product + packaging must be unused & undamaged

2. Cost Coverage

   • No Quality Issues: Full refund after we receive return (you pay return shipping)
   • Quality Issues: Full refund + we cover return shipping

1. Before Shipping

   • Cancel anytime before we ship → full refund
   • We’ll confirm all details with you first

2. After Shipping

   • No returns/exchanges unless defective
   • Always inspect design approval before shipping

💳 Refund Processing

1. Steps After We Receive Your Return:

   • Email confirmation of receipt
   • Inspection notification within 3 business days
   • Approved refunds processed automatically to your original payment method in 3-10 business days
